An application has been made to the Environment Agency by A Edgley Limited. The Environment Agency are required to give notice of this application.

The application is to vary a full licence to abstract (take) water serial number AN/033/0053/106 which authorises the abstraction of water from drains within the Ransonmoor; Benwick; Nightlayers; and Warboys, Somersham and Pidley Internal Drainage Board districts at Chatteris and Doddington, Cambridgeshire at National Grid reference (NGR) TL 38405 86208. A map of the abstraction points is available on request.

The variation applied for is to increase the hourly, daily and annual abstraction quantities as the result of a licence trade with lience AN/033/0053/067. No other changes to licence AN/033/0053/106 are proposed under this variation. The proposed quantities are:

  • 60 cubic metres per hour
  • 400 cubic metres per day
  • 18,400 cubic metres per year
  • at a rate of 16.7 litres per second

Licence AN/033/0053/067 will be revoked as part of this application.
