Detail

This guidance replaces A Decent Home: The definition and guidance for implementation published in February 2004. It has been issued to accompany the launch of the final Decent Homes bidding round for the Round 6 Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs) and the 2006 Housing Transfer Programme.

The guidance explains a number of Decent Homes policy amendments and seeks to clarify issues that have arisen in the implementation of the programme.
