Details

These evaluations consider the impact of Advanced Learner Loans using analysis of learner data alongside surveys and interviews with learners, providers and awarding organisations.

The research considers both the impact of the introduction of 24+ Advanced Learner Loans in 2013 to 2014 (a first-year assessment and a full impact evaluation), and the impact of the extension of Advanced Learner Loans in 2016 to 2017.
