Lines 275-276
What is known about the likelihood of herb-drug interactions involving HCA? This possibility is only mentioned once in the document, in lines 275-276.
Section 3.11.2 Lines 1814 to 1821 and Section 4.11.3 – Lines 3146 to 3149
The Opinion provides very little information regarding the ADME of the stereoisomers of HCA and practically none regarding metabolism. Is this all the information that is available and if so, is it possible to draw conclusions about the disposition of these substances and the likely risks associated with their consumption?
