Details

The 19+ allocations technical guidance sets out how we have calculated funding allocations for the 2021 to 2022 funding year for:

  • ESFA funded adult education budget (AEB) including 19 to 24 traineeships
  • Advanced learner loans facilities and bursaries
  • 16 to 18 traineeships and bursaries (for providers without 16 to 19 funding)

The apprenticeship non-levy technical guidance sets out how we calculated apprenticeship non-levy procured allocations for the 2021 to 2022 financial year.

  1. We have updated the business case template, this includes two new funding lines: - Apprenticeship carry-in funding (non-procured) - Non-levy apprenticeship carry-in funding (procured)

  2. We have updated the 19+ allocations technical guidance for 2021 to 2022. We have now updated details on the new allocation method added for 19 to 24 traineeships contract for services (2020 procurement).
