The number of exemptions/licences to cultivate cannabis in 2010.
The following information was released on 6th May 2011:
53 licences to cultivate cannabis were granted for the year 2010. Licences are required to cultivate any plant of the genus cannabis, irrespective of the level of tetrahydrocannabinol of the plant, and the Home Office has policies in place for the licensing of cannabis cultivation and possession.
