If this is your vehicle, read the vehicle seizure notice to find out how to claim it.

A valid claim for the property must be made by 2 March 2026 (the 16th working day after the date of the seizure) and fully supported by the following documentation.

Documents required for valid claim of entitlement

1. Proof of identity – photocard driving licence or passport.
2. Proof of address – 2 different documents in the applicant’s name no older than 3 months, such as utility bills.
3. Vehicle registration document or other proof of ownership for the seized property.
4. Valid insurance and driving licence – to be able to lawfully remove the vehicle.
5. If acting as an agent, written proof of authority to act as an agent, such as valid power of attorney.
