We have received the following request under the Freedom of Information Act, 2000: 

Under the freedom of information act I would like to request the following information for the financial years 08-09, 07-08, 06-07, 05-06, 04-05 (please break down data year by year):

1. Please list all departmental telephone ‘hotlines’
2. Please state the cost of each ‘hotline’ for each member for the public (eg 75pm per minute)
3. Please state the total running costs for the department of each hotline
4. Please state whether the ‘hotline’ ran at a profit for each year in question
5. Please state the total number of calls that were made to each hotline for each year in question
