Building on the Office for Value for Money’s Spending Review 2025 (SR25) technical efficiencies exercise, this report sets out investments and long-term efficiency gains for a selection of programmes funded at SR25. This prototype report will support departments to develop their modelling capability to enable a greater focus on long-term value for money and could allow HM Treasury to conduct a similar exercise in future.
