Patrick Lynch

Biography

Patrick Lynch was appointed Her Majesty’s High Commissioner to the Republic of Seychelles in August 2019.

Patrick has held a number of senior positions in UK government departments in Belfast, London and overseas. His most recent posting was to the British Embassy in Washington D.C. He holds an Undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen and a Master’s degree in Comparative Ethnic Conflict from the Queen’s University of Belfast.
