Baroness Chapman was Minister of State (International Development and Africa) in the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office between September 2025 and July 2026.
She was previously Minister of State (International Development, Latin America and Caribbean) between February 2025 and September 2025, and Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State between July 2024 and February 2025.
Baroness Chapman previously held senior roles in the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.
