Angie Clarkson

Biography

Angie joined HM Land Registry in 2001 and is currently the Interim Director of Customer and Strategy. She leads the Strategy Hub, Policy and all aspects of Customer Engagement, Product, Service and Business Design, working through multidisciplinary teams and across HMLR to deliver faster, easier customer services.

In a career that has spanned more than two decades at HM Land Registry, Angie has held the full spectrum of operational roles including casework processing, leadership, training, customer relationship management and most recently as Deputy Director of Service Delivery. Her wealth of experience spans operational delivery, organisational change and digital transformation –  including leadership at significant scale.

Angie is an alumna of Stonewall’s Leadership Programme and is a passionate advocate of challenging and championing workplace diversity and equality.

Interim Director of Customer and Strategy

The interim role has responsibility for corporate strategy, external engagement, customer relations, service design and product management, policy development and enterprise design.
