The Parole Board Rules were introduced on 22 July 2019 and apply to all parole cases referred to the Parole Board on or after that date.

Members of the public can now request summaries of parole decisions.
Member guidance for cases where the prisoner’s first language is not English (or Welsh), and translation of documents, or an interpreter, may be needed.
