- select the ‘Get help with this page’ link, if it’s shown on the bottom of the page you need help with
- contact the Online Services Helpdesk
If you’re unhappy with our online services and want to complain you can either:
- sign into your Government Gateway account and complain
- use one of the online forms on this page
If your complaint is not about online services you should use different contacts.
HMRC will only email you with confidential information if you’ve given them your written agreement they can do so.
