Flood Re

Flood Re is a joint industry and government initiative. Flood Re is a flood re-insurance scheme which provides reinsurance to a) promote affordability and availability of insurance for UK households at high flood risk and b) to manage the transition to risk-reflective pricing of flood insurance for household premises. Flood Re will end in 2039.

Flood Re works with the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs.
