Tropical cyclone Doksuri has grown in strength and is now expected to make landfall in the area of Vinh in central Vietnam on 15 September. It may produce winds of up to 200kms per hour and is forecast to bring hazardous sea and weather conditions in central Vietnam. Doksuri may cause damage to property and flooding; you should follow the advice of the local authorities.

There’s a possibility that airline operations, particularly in central Vietnam, may be affected; you should keep in touch with your airline and/or travel agent, and be prepared for potential airport closures or delays.
