Vacancies: Members of the National Joint Registry Steering Committee

4 members sought for the National Joint Registry Steering Committee (NJRSC)

The NJRSC oversees the work of the National Joint Registry which collects information on joint replacement surgery and monitors the performance of joint replacement implants.

The positions

NJRSC is looking for 4 members who will need to have a broad understanding of joint replacement surgery and to keep abreast of developments in this field. Applicants must also have specialist experience in one of the following fields:

  • epidemiology/public health specialist
  • orthopaedic surgeon specialist
  • implant manufacturing and supplier industry specialists

Time commitment

Members will be expected to attend up to 4 meetings per year plus any additional sub-committee meetings.
