British Embassy Kyiv announces tender for “Ukraine’s Next Generation” project

The British Embassy Kyiv has announced a tender to find a partner for its new initiative “Ukraine’s Next Generation”.

The project has been developed by the British Embassy Kyiv and approved for funding by the Conflict Security and Stability Fund (Communications Small Grants Fund).

This project will produce a series of videos to showcase Ukrainians’ efforts and achievements on the path of reforming and changing Ukraine for the better to the audiences in Europe. This should be a human story based visual product. The aim is to help raise awareness of the target audiences of the challenges that Ukraine faces and also build respect for the determination and commitment that many Ukrainians are demonstrating in their efforts to build a modern and successful society.

Bidding

All interested bidders should familiarise themselves with the project’s Terms of Reference - Ukraine's Next Generation (PDF, 153 KB, 2 pages) and fill in the Project Proposal Form (MS Word Document, 144 KB) together with the breakdown of costs in the Activity Based Budget Form (MS Excel Spreadsheet, 16.6 KB).

Bids should be submitted to the British Embassy in Kyiv by 3:00pm on Tuesday 15 September 2015 to Kyiv.Projects@fco.gov.uk.

All tender bids should have “Tender for Ukraine’s Next Generation” in the subject line.

Successful bidders will be informed of the outcomes of the tender by 25 September 2015.

Contract for project implementation is planned to be signed on 1 October 2015. The work is to be completed by 18 December 2015.
