UK participates in the II International Conference on Integral Security "EISCE 2014" in Ecuador

Six Security and Defense delegates from the UK, participated in the II International Security Convention of Integral Security “EISCE 2014”.

UK delegates with Minister Cesar Navas

Six Security and Defense delegates from the UK, participated in the II International Security Convention of Integral Security “EISCE 2014”. This event was organized by Ecu-911 and the Coordinating Ministry of Security. The conference took place from the 19th to the 21st of November 2014. Its main objective was to show and share best practices and experiences of the national and international private and public sector in integral security.

The UK had the largest delegation and participated in the following conferences:

  • Roads safety: New strategies to reduce transit accidents; Mark Goldby, Senior Police Assessor – DSO England
  • Best Practices in emergency response; Steve France-Sargeant – UK College of Policing
  • Comprehensive Risk Model, on the way to resilience; Lena Samuels – Communication Manager, The Hampton Trust

In addition, the following delegates attended several defense and justice meetings with private and public institutions:

  • Perry Moore, Latin American Officer for Defense and Security Organization (DSO) of the British Government
  • Ian Fletcher, representative of the Association of Defense and Security (ADS), UK
  • Sr. William Payne – Director of Prisons from the public sector of the National Service of Detainees.
