UK & Commonwealth First World War Commemoration in Glasgow

Tickets to public event will be made available on Monday 7 July, 2014

This year marks the centenary of the First World War and as part of the commemoration, an event will be held in Glasgow’s George Square on Monday 4 August, 2014 to remember the soldiers involved in the war and mark the significant milestone in world history.

Tickets for the event, which will be on a first come basis, will be available to the public when a specially dedicated ticket line – 0141 287 7999 – opens at 9am on Monday 7 July, 2014. Some 4000 tickets will be available to the general public.
