RPA unveils ‘top tips’ as more customers invited to use new online service
The gradual introduction of the Common Agricultural Policy Information Service is picking up pace with more and more of our customers being invited to register and help us to improve the new online service.
Anyone who wants to claim EU payments next year will have to do so online via the new service - so the feedback from these first users is vital to help us shape and refine the system to make it as quick and simple to use as possible. Based on what they have told us so far, we have compiled some top tips for registering to use the CAP Information Service, including proving your identity online via GOV.UK Verify, which those who have recently received an invitation to register may wish to refer to.
