Queen’s Message to mark 25 years of Slovenia's independence
HM Queen Elizabeth II sent the following message to President of Slovenia Borut Pahor to mark the 25th anniversary of Slovenia's independence.

It gives me great pleasure to send Your Excellency my congratulations on the celebration of your National Day, particularly in the year that the Republic of Slovenia marks the 25th anniversary of her independence. I have fond memories of my visit to Slovenia in 2008 and I send my best wishes to the people of Slovenia.
