Professor Munro wants to hear from child protection professionals
Professor Munro asks child protection professionals to be frank about what needs to change and the best ways to reform the system.

Professor Munro has asked professionals working in the child protection system to give her their frank views on what needs to change and the best ways to reform the system.
In her second report, to be submitted to ministers in the new year, she will outline some potential areas for reform. This will mark an important step towards the final recommendations she will make to government in April 2011.
As part of this, she would like to put some specific questions to professionals on three areas of reform: reducing unnecessary bureaucracy, performance and accountability, and the best way to get support and help to families and children as early as possible.
