The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of 14 April 2016 but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

A38 Alrewas to Burton Turn: bridge joint renewal

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight for one night from 7pm on 22 April until 6am the following morning (23 April). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A46 Kenilworth Bypass: improvement works

The northbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm on 20 April until 6am the following morning (21 April). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A46 Kenilworth entry slip road: gully cleaning

The southbound entry slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 10pm on 18 April until 5am the following morning (19 April). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A46 Leek Wootton entry slip road: gully cleaning

The northbound entry slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 10pm on 19 April until 5am the following morning (20 April). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A46 Warwick Entry Slip Road: gully cleaning

The southbound entry slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 10pm on 20 April until 5am the following morning (21 April). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A5 Washbrook Lane to Rising Sun Roundabout: footway widening

The eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 8am from 18 April until 26 April. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A50 Heron Cross to A500: signing and white lining

The westbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 5.30am from 18 April until 20 April. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A500 Wolstanton entry slip road: carriageway works

The northbound entry slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm on 19 April until 6am the following morning (20 April). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 junction 9: VRS scheme

The northbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 18 April until 23 April. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 junction 9 to junction 8: VRS scheme

The southbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 18 April until 23 April. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

The link road will be closed overnight for one night from 10pm on 23 April until 8am the following morning (24 April). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 5 exit slip road: construction works for major scheme

The southbound exit slip road will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 18 April until 19 April. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

The northbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm on 19 April until 6am on 20 April. The southbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm on 20 April until 6am on 21 April. Diversion routes will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 5 entry and exit slip roads: construction works for major scheme

The northbound entry slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm on 19 April until 6am on 20 April. The northbound exit slip road will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am for two nights from 20 April until 21 April. Diversion routes will be clearly signposted.

M54 junction 2 to junction 3 including slip roads: filter drain renewals

The carriageway including the entry and exit slip roads will be closed in both directions overnight between 11.30pm and 6am from 18 April until 23 April. Please note the slip roads will not be closed in both directions at the same time. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M54 junction 1 to M6 junction 10a: filter drain renewals

The eastbound carriageway will be overnight between 8pm and 6am from 18 April until 22 April. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M54 junction 3 to junction 4: carriageway resurfacing

The westbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 9pm on 20 April until 6am the following morning (21 April). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M54 junction 4 exit slip road: installation of new electricity supply

The westbound exit slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 7pm on 21 April until 6am the following morning (22 April). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M54 junction 2 exit slip road: bridge repairs

The eastbound exit slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 10pm on 22 April until 5am the following morning (23 April). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junction 5 entry slip road: bridge repairs

There will be a full 24 hour southbound entry slip road closure from 18 January ongoing until 6am on 30 June. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

The southbound link to M69 northbound link road will be closed overnight between 9pm and 5am from 18 April until 23 April. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junction 4a to junction 6: carriageway works

The northbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 9pm on 18 April until 6am the following morning (19 April). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junction 12 exit and entry slip roads: carriageway works

The northbound and southbound entry and exit slip roads will be closed overnight between 9pm and 5am from 18 April until 21 April. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junction 13 exit and entry slip roads: carriageway works

The northbound and southbound entry and exit slip roads will be closed overnight for one night from 9pm on 21 April until 5am the following morning (22 April). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
