Summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week
The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of the above date but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.
Devon
A30/M5 Exeter - Junction 31: resurfacing
The southbound exit slip to the A30 will be closed between 8pm and 6am from 6 to 8 January. The diversion will be southbound via the A38 to Kennford, then northbound to Junction 31.
Cornwall
A30 Highgate Hill Junction, Indian Queens, west of Bodmin: carriageway surveys
The westbound exit slip road will be closed between 9pm and 6am on 8/9 January. The diversion will be via Fraddon.
A38 between Island Shop, Liskeard and Trerulefoot: resurfacing
The eastbound carriageway will be closed from 8pm until 6am from 6 to 15 January. The diversion will be via A390 to Callington and A388 to Carkeel. There will be a daytime eastbound lane closure.
A38 between Saltash Tunnel and Carkeel roundabout, west of Plymouth: routine maintenance
The westbound carriageway will be closed from 8pm until 6am between 7 and 10 January. The diversion will be via the B3271. There will be a daytime lane closure on Friday 8th.
A38 between Carkeel roundabout and Latchbrook, west of Plymouth: road markings
The westbound carriageway will be closed between 8pm and 6am from 7 until 9 January. The diversion will be via B3271 Callington Road, Burraton Road and Liskeard Road.
A38 between Carkeel roundabout and the Saltash Tunnel, west of Plymouth: maintenance
The eastbound carriageway will be closed between 8pm and 6am from 7 until 10 January. The diversion will be via the B3271.
