The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of the above date but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

Devon

A38 Lee Mill, east of Plymouth: road stud replacement work

Eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight from 8pm on 1 November to 6am on 2 November. Diversion will be in place via the exit and entry slip roads.

A38 between Westover junction, Ivybridge, and Wrangaton, east of Plymouth: road stud replacement work

Eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight from 8pm on 2 November to 6am on 3 November. Diversion will be in place via B3213 through Ivybridge.

Cornwall

A30 between Kennards House, west of Launceston, and Carminow, Bodmin: Temple to Higher Carblake improvement scheme

Westbound carriageway will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, from 5 November until 7 November. Diversion will be in place via the A395 and A39 to Indian Queens. Local traffic can access the A30 between Kennards House and Temple.

A30 Indian Queens, west of Bodmin, to Kennards House, west of Launceston: Temple to Higher Carblake improvement scheme

Eastbound carriageway will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, from 5 November until 7 November. Diversion will be in place via the A39 and A395 to Kennards House, west of Launceston. Traffic wishing to join the A38 to rejoin A30 eastbound to Carminow. A38 traffic wishing to join the A30 eastbound diverted via the A30 westbound to Indian Queens.

A30 between Chiverton Cross and Carland Cross, west of Launceston: routine maintenance

Eastbound and westbound carriageways will be closed nightly, 7pm to 6am, Monday to Friday only, from 31 October to 12 November. Westbound diversion will be in place via the A3058 from Summercourt, the A392 and A3075 to Chiverton Cross and reverse eastbound. From 7 November, the westbound diversion will be via the B3285 from Zelah Hill (Boxheater) and A3075 and reverse eastbound.

A38 between Saltash Tunnel and Latchbrook, west of Plymouth: electrical work

Westbound carriageway will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, from 1 November to 3 November. Diversion will be in place via the B3271.

A38 between Carkeel roundabout and Saltash Tunnel, west of Plymouth: electrical work

Eastbound carriageway will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, from 1 November to 3 November. Diversion will be in place via the B3271.
