The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of the above date but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

Devon

M5 junction 30: white lining

Northbound exit slip road will be closed overnight from 8pm on 28 November until 6am on 29 November. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 29: white lining

Southbound entry slip will be closed overnight from 8pm on 29 November until 6am on 1 December. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 28: resurfacing

Northbound exit slip road will be closed overnight from 8pm on 1 December until 6am on 2 December. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

A30 between Whiddon Down and Meldon, Okehampton: bridge work

Westbound carriageway will be closed overnight from 8pm on 28 November until 6am on 29 November and overnight from 8pm on 2 December until 6am on 3 December. Diversion via the A382, South Zeal, Sticklepath and B3260 through Okehampton.

A30 Tongue End, west of Okehampton: bridge work

Westbound entry slip road will be closed overnight from 8pm on 28 November until 6am on 29 November and overnight from 8pm on 2 December until 6am on 3 December. Diversion via the B320 to Meldon.

A30 Okehampton bypass between Sourton Cross and Tongue End: bridge work

Eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight from 8pm on 28 November until 6am on 29 November and overnight from 8pm on 1 December until 6am on 2 December. Diverson via the A386, B3218 and B3260 through Okehampton.

Cornwall

A30 between Kennards House, west of Launceston, and Carminow, Bodmin: Temple to Higher Carblake improvement scheme

Westbound carriageway will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, until 6am on 28 November. Diversion will be in place via the A395 and A39 to Indian Queens. Local traffic can access the A30 between Kennards House and Temple.

A30 Indian Queens, west of Bodmin, to Kennards House, west of Launceston: Temple to Higher Carblake improvement scheme

Eastbound carriageway will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, until 6am on 28 November. Diversion will be in place via the A39 and A395 to Kennards House, west of Launceston. Traffic wishing to join the A38 to rejoin A30 eastbound to Carminow. A38 traffic wishing to join the A30 eastbound diverted via the A30 westbound to Indian Queens.

A30 between Scorrier and Chiverton Cross, east of Redruth: road stud replacement

Eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight from 7pm on 29 November until 6am on 30 November. Diversion will be in place via Blackwater.

A38 Saltash Tunnel, west of Plymouth: maintenance work

Eastbound and westbound carriageways will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, from 28 November until 1 December. Diversion will be in place via the B3271.
