Planned roadworks in Devon and Cornwall: Weekly summary for Monday 23 November - Sunday 29 November 2015
The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of the above date but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.
Devon
A38 between South Brent & Marley Head, east of Plymouth: bridge works
The eastbound carriageway will be closed between 7pm and 6am, Mon, Tues & Thurs from 23 November to 5 December. Diversion will be via the B3372.
A38 between Marley Head & South Brent, east of Plymouth: bridge works
Westbound carriageway will be closed between 7pm and 6am, Wednesday and Friday from 25 to 28 November. Diversion will be via B3372.
A38 Deep Lane, east of Plymouth: junction improvements
Between 22 October and 22 December there will be 24 hour 3-way traffic signals and 50/40 mph speed limit on westbound exit slip.
The westbound exit and entry slip roads will be closed between 8pm and 6am from Monday to Friday from 23 November to 3 December for junction improvements. Traffic wishing to leave the A38 will be diverted via Marsh Mills and traffic wishing to join the A38 will be diverted via Lee Mill.
A38 Dart Bridge, near Buckfastleigh: resurfacing
The westbound carriageway will be closed between 10pm and 6am on 26/27 November. Diversion will be via exit and entry slips.
Cornwall
A38 between Trerulefoot and junction with B3352 Looe Road, south of Liskeard: resurfacing
The westbound carriageway will be closed between 8pm and 6am Monday to Friday from 11 until 24 November. Diversion will be via A374, A387 & B3352. There will be a daytime westbound lane closure.
A38 between Carkeel Roundabout and Saltash Tunnel, west of Plymouth: maintenance
There will be eastbound and westbound carriageway closures between 7pm and 6am from 24 until 26 November. Diversions will be via the B3271.
