The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of the above date but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

Cornwall

A38 Saltash Tunnel, west of Plymouth: electrical work

Eastbound and westbound carriageways will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, Monday to Wednesday only, until 25 August. Diversion will be in place via the B3271.

Devon

A38 Belvedere Cross, Haldon, south of Exeter: resurfacing

Westbound entry slip road will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, from 22 August until 24 August. Diversion will be in place via the C19 past Exeter racecourse, the A380 to Kingsteignton and the B3193 to Chudleigh.

A38 between Splatford junction, Kennford and Chudleigh Station, south of Exeter: resurfacing

Westbound carriageway will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, from 22 August until 24 August. Diversion will be in place via the A380 to Kingsteignton and the B3193 to Chudleigh.
