The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of the above date but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

Bristol

M32 junction 1 to 2: Metro Bus Scheme (Bristol City Council work)

There will be narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions in operation northbound and southbound until the end of September 2016.

M5 junction 18a to 17 (Hallen Hill): drainage and carriageway repairs

There will be three narrow lanes in operation on northbound carriageway during the day with overnight full closure from 9pm until 6am on 20 March. The diversion will be clearly signposted.

M4 Second Severn Crossing: structural work

A full eastbound closure will take place from 8pm on 10 March until 6am the following morning. The diversion will be clearly signposted.

Gloucestershire

M5 junction 13 to 15: drainage work

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in place on the southbound and northbound carriageway until April 2016.

M5 junction 14 to 12: bridge maintenance

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in place on the southbound and northbound carriageway until February 2017.

M5 junction 11A: surveying

The northbound exit slip road will be closed from 8pm on 10 March until 6am the following morning. The diversion will be clearly signposted.

A417 Zoons Court Roundabout to Business Park Roundabout: resurfacing

The eastbound carriageway will be closed nightly from 8pm on 7 March until 6am on 9 March. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

The westbound carriageway will be closed nightly from 8pm on 8 March until 6am on 10 March. The diversion will be clearly signposted.

Wiltshire

M4 junction 16 to 17: embankment works

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in place on the westbound carriageway until mid-March.

A303 Mere to Zeals: resurfacing

There will be a full closure of slip roads nightly between 8pm on 9 March until 6am on 12 March. The diversions will be clearly signposted.

A36 Wolverton to Beckington: white lining

The carriageway will be closed nightly from 9pm on 7 March until 6am on 10 March. The diversion will be clearly signposted.

A36 Beckington (A361 junction to A350 junction): white lining

The carriageway will be closed nightly from 9pm on 10 March until 6am on 12 March. The diversion will be clearly signposted.

North Somerset

M5 junction 21: surveys

The northbound entry slip road will be closed nightly from 8pm on 7 March until 6am on 12 March. The diversion will be clearly signposted.

Somerset

BANES

A36 Limpley Stoke: third party works – Wales and West Utilities

24/7 traffic signals will be in operation until mid-March.

West Dorset
