Planned roadworks in Bristol, Gloucestershire, Somerset, BANES, Wiltshire, West Dorset and Devon: Weekly summary for Monday 6 April - Sunday 12 April 2015

The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of the above date but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

Bristol

M5 Junction 16: Improvement Scheme

Northbound exit slip will be closed nightly from 8pm Tuesday 7 April until 6am Friday 17 April. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

M4 Junction 18: Resurfacing

Full eastbound carriageway closure between the exit and entry slip from 8pm Thursday 9 April until 6am the following morning. Diversion will be up and over.

M4 Junction 18: Resurfacing

Full eastbound exit slip closure will take place from 8pm Friday 10 April until 6am the following morning. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

Gloucestershire

M5 Junction 10: Bridge repairs

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in place on the southbound carriageway until October 2015.

M5 Junction 11A: Communications

Full southbound exit slip will be closed nightly from 9pm Tuesday 7 April until Thursday 9 April. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

Wiltshire

M4 Junction 15: Resurfacing

Full eastbound exit slip will be closed nightly from 8pm Wednesday 8 April until 6am Friday 10 April. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

M4 Junction 15: Resurfacing

Full westbound entry slip will be closed from 10pm Friday 10 April until 6am the following morning. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

North Somerset

M5 Junction 21: Resurfacing

Full southbound closure between the exit and entry slips from 9pm Thursday 9 April until 6am the following morning. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

M5 Junction 21: Resurfacing

Full southbound entry slip will be closed from 9pm Friday 10 April until 6am the following morning. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

Somerset

No planned works

BANES

A36 between Claverton and Dundas Aqueduct: Barrier and embankment stabilisation

Both northbound and southbound carriageways of the A36 will remain closed until early July 2015. Diversions are clearly signposted.

West Dorset

No planned works.

Devon (M5 only)

M5 Junction 28: Improvements scheme

Full southbound exit slip will be closed from 7pm Sunday 12 April until 6am the following morning. Diversion will be clearly signposted.
