The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of the above date but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

Bristol

M4 between junction 19 and 20: bridge repairs

Narrow lanes will be in place eastbound and westbound during the day with single lane running nightly from 9pm 2 September until 20 October.

M48 junction 2: bridge maintenance

Full eastbound closure between the slips will take place from 9.30am 22 September until 5pm the same day. Diversions will be off and back on via the slip roads.

Gloucestershire

M5 junction 10: bridge repairs

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in place on the southbound and northbound carriageway until October 2015.

Wiltshire

M4 junction 15 to 16: drainage Works

Full westbound carriageway closure will take place nightly from 9pm 21 September until 6am 25 September. Diversions will be clearly signposted.

Various closures on the southbound slip roads until October 2015.
