Planned roadworks in Bristol, Gloucestershire, Somerset, BANES, Wiltshire, West Dorset and Devon: Weekly summary for Monday 18 May - Sunday 24 May 2015
The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of the above date but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.
Bristol
M5 Junction 17: resurfacing off network
24 hour lane closure at bottom of the slip to assist with off network full closure of dedicated lanes towards A4018 from 12.00am Saturday 9 May until 6am Friday 22 May. Diversion will be fully signposted.
M48 Junction 2: resurfacing
Full eastbound carriageway closure between Junction 2 exit to entry slip will be closed daily from 9.30am Wednesday 20 May until 5pm Thursday 21 May. Diversion will be off and back on the slips.
Gloucestershire
M5 Junction 10: bridge repairs
Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in place on the southbound carriageway until October 2015.
M5 between Junction 14 – 15: geotechnical works
Narrow lanes will be in operation from 8pm Sunday 19th April until the end of May.
M5 Junction 11: resurfacing
Full northbound entry slip road closed nightly from 8pm Monday 18 May until 6am Friday 22 May. Diversion will be clearly signposted.
Wiltshire

A303 Ilchester: survey works
Full westbound entry slip will be closed from 8pm Monday 18 May until 6am the following morning. Diversion will be clearly signposted.
BANES
A36 between Claverton and Dundas Aqueduct: barrier and embankment stabilisation
Both northbound and southbound carriageways of the A36 will remain closed until early July 2015. Diversions are clearly signposted.
West Dorset
No planned works.
Devon (M5 only)
M5 Junction 28: Improvements scheme
Various closures on the southbound exit slip road until August 2015.
