The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of the above date but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

Bristol

M32 junction 1 to 2: Metro Bus Scheme (Bristol City Council work)

Narrow lanes will be in place with 50mph speed restrictions in operation northbound and southbound until the end of September 2016.

M48 Severn Bridge: cable work

Lane one will be closed westbound until early September.

M48 Severn Bridge: cable work

Full eastbound and westbound carriageway will be closed from 7am on 16 April until 10pm on 17 April. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

M4 Second Severn Crossing: resurfacing

Full eastbound carriageway will be closed from 8pm on 15 April unitl 6am on 16 April. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

Gloucestershire

M5 junction 14 to 12: bridge maintenance

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in place on the southbound and northbound carriageway until February 2017.

M5 junction 14 to 13: resurfacing

Full northbound carriageway will be closed from 8pm on 12 April until 6am on 13 April. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 15 to 14: resurfacing

Full northbound carriageway will be closed, including slip roads from Almondsbury interchange (M4 east and west bound), from 8pm on 13 April until 6am on 14 April. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 11A: streetlighting

Southbound entry slip road will be closed from 8pm on 14 April until 6am on 15 April. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 10 to 11: preparation works for bridge maintenance

Southbound carriageway will be closed nightly from 8pm on 11 April until 6am on 16 April. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

A40 Longford to Over roundabout: streetlighting

Carriageway will be closed in both directions from 8pm on 12 April until 6am on 13 April. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

Wiltshire

M4 junction 16: resurfacing

Westbound exit slip road will be closed from 9pm on 14 April until 6am on 15 April. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

North Somerset

M5 junction 19: barrier renewals

Narrow lanes will be in operation northbound until early May 2016.

M5 junction 20: maintenance

Northbound entry slip will be closed from 8pm on 15 April until 6am on 16 April. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

Somerset

M5 junction 22: surveys

Northbound entry slip will be closed from 8pm on 11 April until 6am on 12 April. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

A303 Aldermeads: surveys

Westbound and eastbound entry and exit slip roads will be closed from 8pm on 13 April until 6am on 14 April. Westbound and eastbound will not be closed at the same time, and diversion will be clearly signposted.

Eastbound entry and exit slip roads will be closed from 8pm on 14 April until 6am on 15 April. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

A303 Ilminster to Hayes: surveys

Carriageway will be closed in both directions from 8pm on 14 April until 6am on 15 April. Diversion will be clearly signposted.

Devon

M5 junction 30: resurfacing

Northbound entry slip road will be closed nightly from 8pm on 11 April until 6am on 12 April. Diversion will be clearly signposted.
