The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of 9th October 2015 but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

A38 Clay Mills exit slip road: Vodafone verge works

The northbound exit slip road will be closed during the day between 10am and 3.30pm from 12th October until 18th October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A38, A5121 Branston junction: resurfacing works

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 7pm and 7am from 12th October until 18th October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A38 Swinfen to Toyota Island/Swinfen to Weeford: drainage surveys

The slip roads will be closed in both directions overnight between 9pm and 6am from 12th October until 18th October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A45 Stonebridge Highways from Stivichill to Toll Bar: resurfacing works

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 8pm and 6am from 12th October until 16th October. A diversion route will be clearly signpost.

A458 Wattlesborough to Halfway House: resurfacing works

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 8pm and 6am from 12th October until 18th October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A46 Kenilworth bypass from Stoneleigh to Stivichall: installation of gantry sign frames

The northbound exit slip road will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 16th October until 18th October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A5 Dobbies to Edgebold: resurfacing works

The westbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 12th October until 18th October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A5 Edgebold to Dobbies: resurfacing works

The eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 12th October until 18th October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A5 Emstrey to Dobbies: resurfacing works

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 7pm and 6:30am from 12th October until 18th October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted

A50 Catchems Corner: HGV signing

The westbound entry slip will be closed overnight between 8pm and 5am from 12th October until 16th October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A50 Meir Tunnel: tunnel works

The exit slip road will be closed in both directions overnight between 9:30pm and 5:30am from 12th October until 18th October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

The westbound entry slip road will be closed overnight between 9:30pm and 5:30am from 12th October until 17th October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A500 Etruria Island to M6 junction 16: grass cutting

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 8pm and 5am from 12th October until 18th October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

A500 Cambell Road to A500/A50 junction: street lighting

The northbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 8.30pm 13th October until 5am the following morning (14th October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 junction 5 exit slip: street lighting repairs

The southbound exit slip will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm 12th October until 5am the following morning (13th October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

The northbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 9pm 12th October until 6am the following morning (13th October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M42 junction 6 northbound entry slip: gantry works

The northbound entry slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 10pm 12th October until 5am the following morning (13th October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 5 exit slip: junction improvement works

The southbound exit slip road will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 12th October until 18th October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 3 to 4a: carriageway resurfacing works

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 10pm and 6am from 12th October until 18th October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 6 slip roads: smart motorway mobilisation

The entry and exit slip roads will be closed in both directions overnight between 8pm and 6am from 12th October until 18th October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M5 junction 7 entry slip road: structural works

The southbound entry slip road will be closed overnight between 10pm and 6am from 12th October until 18th October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junction 9 entry slip road/western arm south: re-waterproofing and structural repairs

There will be a full 24 hour southbound entry slip closure from 14th September ongoing until 6am 18th December. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junctions 5 to 6: gully cleaning

The northbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm 13th October until 6am the following morning (14th October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junctions 4a to 4: traffic sensor installation

The southbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 9pm 12th October until 6am the following morning (13th October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junction 12 exit slip road: over banding works

The southbound exit slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 10pm 12th October until 6am the following morning (13th October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.

M6 junction 4 exit slip road: over banding works

The southbound exit slip will be closed overnight for one night from 9pm 12th October until 6am the following morning (13th October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
