Work will start on Monday 20 July for 3 nights between 8pm and 6am on the A19 southbound between the A19/A61 South Kilvington Interchange and the A19/A168 York Road Interchange.

Highways England Project Manager, Kyle Maylard, said:

We need to carry out the resurfacing work to make sure people’s journeys remain smooth, safe and reliable. We’ll be carrying out the work overnight, at a time when the fewest people are using the road and we thank drivers for their patience.

Drivers should follow the signed diversion route via the A19/A61 South Kilvington southbound exit slip road through to the York Road Interchange southbound entry slip road and then follow the existing signs.
