Opportunity to deliver Housing Loss Prevention Advice Service (HLPAS) in Lancaster.
As a result of ongoing coverage monitoring, we are seeking a single provider, who currently holds a 2024 Standard Civil Contract in Housing and Debt, to deliver Housing Loss Prevention Advice Services (HLPAS) in Lancaster.
We are inviting expressions of interest from organisations that would be interested in this opportunity.
We intend to award a contract under this process for HLPAS Lancaster to commence from 1 September 2026 and run until 30 June 2028.

Completed applications must be received by 5pm on 15 July 2026.
Late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances. This deadline reflects the urgent need for contracts to be in place to ensure the continued provision of legal aid services.
