The Secretary of State for Health is looking to appoint a new member representing Northern Ireland to the NHS Pay Review Body. The NHS Pay Review Body provides independent advice and recommendations on the pay of NHS staff paid under Agenda for Change.

You must demonstrate the ability to think strategically and to exercise judgement on complex and sensitive issues, along with the ability to analyse and interpret detailed information. You must also be able to demonstrate experience in a devolved context or knowledge of the public sector workforce in Northern Ireland.
