From 16 December 2013, if you are applying for a visa from outside the UK, you will be asked to fill in a new customer satisfaction survey. The survey was initially launched in October 2013 for customers applying for a visa in the UK.
If you are applying for a visa from outside the UK, you will receive an email inviting you to fill out a survey via a web link after you have received a decision on your visa application.
If you are applying for a visa in the UK, you will be able to access the survey through a web link and QR code which will be in a footnote at the bottom of your decision letter. Customers who provide a valid email address with their application will also receive a survey invitation by email.
