Fatal man overboard from a single-handed creel boat at Loch Carnan, Outer Hebrides, Scotland.
Our accident investigation report into a fall overboard from the single-handed creel fishing boat May C resulting in the loss of 1 life on 24 July 2019, is now published.
A safety flyer to the fishing industry summarising the accident and detailing the safety lessons learned, has also been produced.
