Knighthoods and DBE conferred: 28 October 2015
The Queen has approved the honour of Knighthoods for Henry James Carr and Peter Donald Fraser, and a DBE for Philippa Jane Edwards Whipple.
The Queen has been pleased to approve that the honour of Knighthood be conferred upon Mr Henry James Carr Esq QC and Mr Peter Donald Fraser Esq QC, and that the honour of DBE be conferred upon Mrs Philippa Jane Edwards Whipple QC, following their appointment as Justices of the High Court.

Henry James Carr was called to the Bar in 1982 and took Silk in 1998. He was appointed as a Deputy Chairman of the Copyright Tribunal in 2007, and is approved to sit as a Deputy High Court Judge.
Peter Donald Fraser was called to the Bar in 1989 and took Silk in 2009. He was appointed a Recorder in 2002 and is approved to sit as a Deputy High Court Judge.
Mrs Philippa Jane Edwards Whipple was called to the Bar in 1994 and took Silk in 2010. She was appointed a Recorder in 2005 and is approved to sit as a Deputy High Court Judge.
