Ketofen 10% Solution for Injection - Product defect recall alert
Product defect recall alert for: Ketofen 10% Solution for Injection (Vm 15052/4146) by Ceva Animal Health Ltd.
We wish to make wholesalers aware that Ceva Animal Health Ltd has initiated a Class II recall of Ketofen 10% Solution for Injection.
During the visual inspection it has been confirmed that there is a possibility of particulate contamination which is not acceptable for an intravenous use preparation. This recall is for the following batches only:
- 108AB Expiry 12/01/2023
- 113H Expiry 16/03/2023
Ceva Animal Health Ltd is contacting retailers, veterinary surgeons and wholesale dealers to examine inventory immediately and quarantine products subject to this recall.
