HMCG expresses his condolences over Baroness Thatcher's death

HMCG Sir Vincent Fean:

We mourn the passing of Margaret Thatcher, a decisive leader of the United Kingdom. A Prime Minister of deep conviction, she transformed our country, and had a lasting impact on world affairs. She was instrumental in the fall of communism in Europe. She championed personal freedoms under the rule of law.

We think today particularly of her family and friends, who have our deepest sympathy.
