Sir Vincent Fean
Biography
Sir Vincent Fean has been British Consul General to Jerusalem since October 2010. Sir Fean joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1975. He has previously served in Tripoli as HM Ambassador to Libya between 2006 and 2010. Before that, he was British High Commissioner to Malta from 2002 to 2006.
Sir Vincent Fean is married to Lady Anne Marie Fean and has two daughters (1979 & 1981) and one son (1983).
