Minister of State Victoria Atkins MP has approved the reappointment of Maura Sullivan as a Non-Executive Director of the Gov Facility Services Limited from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2025.
Biography:
Maura’s executive career has spanned 30 years in the Financial Services industry where she has operated in leadership roles responsible for financial and regulatory reporting and planning, with focus on strategic activity including business transformation. Maura is currently Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Quilter PLC, a leading UK wealth manager. Maura joined GFSL, in April 2019, and she is also a Non-Executive Director with Zurich UK.
She has not declared any political activity.
The appointment of directors by Ministers, including Non-Executive Directors, is governed by the GFSL Articles of Association, together with the MoJ/GFSL Framework Document. The appointment is not regulated by the Commissioner for Public Appointments.
