Foreign Secretary William Hague sends warm wishes to Jewish communities ahead of the festival of Pesach.

The Foreign Secretary said:

I would like to send my warmest wishes to Jewish communities in the UK and around the world as you prepare to celebrate the festival of Passover. Passover commemorates the emancipation of the people of Israel from slavery and is a joyous occasion on which Jewish families come together to celebrate freedom.

Wishing you all a peaceful and happy holiday. Hag Pesach Sameach.
