Foreign Secretary sends message of condolence to victims of Iran Air crash

Foreign Secretary William Hague has spoken following the plane crash in North East Iran on 9 January.

“I was deeply saddened to hear of the crash of an Iran Air plane near Orumiyeh on 9 January, resulting in the loss of many lives. I would like to offer my sympathy to those who lost family members in the crash, and wish all those injured a swift and complete recovery.”
