Engine failure and fire on ro-ro cargo vessel off Lowestoft, England resulting in 1 person injured.
Our accident investigation report into the catastrophic main engine failure resulting in an engine room fire and injury to the third engineer on board the cargo vessel Finlandia Seaways, 11 miles east of Lowestoft on 16 April 2018, is now published.
