Fifth summary of coroners reports to prevent future deaths
Announcement of the forthcoming publication of the fifth summary bulletin of coroners' reports to prevent future deaths and responses.
The fifth summary bulletin of coroners’ reports to prevent future deaths and responses under Rule 43 of the Coroners’ Rules as amended (“Rule 43 Reports”) will be published on 13 September 2011.
The bulletin will give details of reports made by coroners to prevent future deaths, and responses received, during the period between 1 October 2010 and 31 March 2011.
It will include trends, reports with wider implications and annexes giving details of the number of reports issued by each coroner district, organisations who have not responded to the coroner and all reports received.
