We are aware that some OISC-registered advisers have been sent suspicious emails asking them to fill in a survey/selling software on OISC’s behalf. We can confirm this is not the case, and that we have not asked anyone to undertake any surveys on our behalf. OISC would never use a third-party in this way.

Emails from OISC will come from our organisation email address (name@oisc.gov.uk).

If you are unsure about any emails you receive, please do not reply or follow any links, and feel free to check with our Customer Service Unit about the validity of any emails before responding.
